Location: Middlesbrough and all surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location, with a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities. Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Conducting 4 stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing.
* Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
* Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264.
* Recording data accurately.
* Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail.
* Checking all locations are photographed and photographs are stored.
What We’re Looking For:
* P403 and P404 essential.
* Full UK driving licence.
* IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable.
* Risk assessment training desirable.
