Banijay UK is looking for a PRODUCTION SECRETARY for a major new primetime entertainment show for SKY.
DATES: Beginning September 2025 to mid June 2026, with potential to extend for post production through until end of October 2026.
We're looking for a highly organized and resourceful Production Secretary to join our team for an unscripted road trip show.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to pre-production planning from our London office, including pre production planning and assisting the production management team with travel and logistics for upcoming recces and shoots.
Provide remote logistical support during the shoots, assisting the on-the-ground team.
Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for the crew, talent, and contributors.
Manage petty cash and production expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of invoices and expenses.
Raising purchase orders in PMI
Assisting Office/Post PM with post production paperwork. Previous experience in completing Sky post production paperwork and familiarity with Silvermouse is a bonus.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
Strong organizational skills and an eagle-eyed attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and positive attitude, and willingness to learn on the job
