Position: Finance Administrator
Location: St Mellons, Cardiff, CF3 0LT
Salary: £25,615 (pro-rata)
Contract: Part-time / 30 hours per week
The Role
Shaw healthcare is a care provider operating circa 65 care homes and supported living services across the UK and is the largest employee owned healthcare company in the UK. Based in the head office in St Mellons, Cardiff an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to work within the Finance Department. Reporting to the Assistant Income & Credit Manager and working as part of a friendly finance team with a strong emphasis on staff welfare.
What you will need to succeed
1. Previous office/finance experience.
2. Strong numerical accuracy with an attention to detail
3. MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Positive “can do” attitude
Desirable skills/experience
6. Have the ability to reconcile accounts and be able to work within a fast paced, high volume environment.
7. Three years experience working as a Finance Administrator
8. Previous experience of working for a healthcare provider.
