Overview
The postholder has responsibility for co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating training as part of the ‘Time to Talk’ programme. This will include providing a sustainability programme to maintain practitioners’ knowledge, skills and confidence to identify children with speech language and communication needs and provide universal and targeted support. The ‘Time to Talk’ programme is a traded service. Delivery will be dependent upon commissioners’ requests. The postholder has responsibility for co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating training as part of the ‘Time to Talk’ programme to Early Years Settings across the County of Warwickshire. To deliver a sustainability programme for those early year’s settings that have already attended training e.g. social media, cluster meetings, chatter matters week and annual conference. To support the preschool team as required.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate, deliver and evaluate training as part of the Time to Talk programme.
* Provide a sustainability programme to maintain practitioners’ knowledge, skills and confidence to identify children with speech, language and communication needs and provide universal and targeted support.
* Deliver the Time to Talk programme to Early Years Settings across Warwickshire and deliver sustainability activity for settings that have attended training (e.g., social media, cluster meetings, Chatter Matters Week and annual conference).
* Support the preschool team as required.
