As Senior Account Manager, you will work across a range of clients and sectors, managing integrated projects that span branding, strategy, and campaigns, including animation, social media, and websites.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients
* Lead projects across branding, strategy, campaigns, social, animation, and digital
* Act as a senior point of contact, running high-level client conversations
* Spot opportunities for account growth and contribute to new business development
* Brief and collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* Present ideas, proposals, and campaign updates confidently to clients
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager (or strong Account Manager ready to step up) within a creative or marketing agency
* Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, and digital marketing
* Confident communicator who can hold strategic, commercial conversations
* Highly driven, proactive, and opportunity-focused
* A natural relationship builder with lots of personality
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
