Daily Duties
* Develop coordinated Revit models, GA drawings, and construction details
* Design layouts for production lines, cold storage, clean rooms, dispatch, and logistics areas
* Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, fire strategy
* Support projects through construction, responding to technical queries and site issues
* Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and statutory authorities
Ideal Candidate
* Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer with several years UK based experience
* Ideally a strong background in industrial buildings, ideally food manufacturing
* Experience with large-scale steel and concrete industrial structures
* Proven ability to produce coordinated technical drawing packages
* Proficient in AutoCAD (essential), Revit experience preferred
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Site experience during construction beneficial
* Able to work independently while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
