Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client Interpreting client instructions/needs, challenging and/or clarifying where appropriate Responsible for producing schedules, quotations, briefs and effectively managing scope change Working with developers to find solutions and build data specifications in line with the brief Keeping the client informed through efficient, timely and effective communication and be able to effectively manage expectations Leading your campaigns ensuring you prioritise appropriately, keeping a wider eye on team capacity.
