We're looking for an experienced Pension Payroll Controller to join our growing team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality pension payroll services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role centres on end-to-end pension payroll responsibilities, precise data management, cross-team collaboration, and resolution of intricate pension payroll scenarios. You will also assist with coordination and implementation of projects, process improvements, system upgrades and other strategic initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: Managing end-to-end pension payroll processes with accuracy and attention to detail Supporting and resolving complex pension payroll queries and escalations Ensuring compliance with current statutory and legislative requirements (Tax, NI, Maternity Pay, etc.) Producing and contributing to high-quality management reporting Supporting audits and maintaining strict confidentiality standards Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance payroll performance Working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders What you'll bring: Payroll administration experience. Experience processing pension payroll data at scale. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels. Exceptional organisation and time-management skills. Confident problem-solver who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong payroll systems experience and advanced Excel / Microsoft Office skills.
