The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial Partnerships Manager to join our sales team and accelerate our growth in the private client sector.
This is a proactive, sales‑focused role responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new strategic alliances with external partners. You will be responsible for the full partnership lifecycle, from outbound prospecting and pitching, through onboarding and negotiating commercial agreements, to managing ongoing partner relationships and supporting partner‑referred client enquiries.
No prior FX experience is required. However, experience in sales, business development, recruitment, estate agency, or other target‑driven, client‑facing roles will be advantageous.
What You’ll Do
· Identify, target, and research prospective partners focused on the private client market
· Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, social channels, and networking
· Build and maintain strong, long‑term partner relationships
· Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
· Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth referral conversion
· Represent the company professionally at events and meetings
What We’re Looking For
· No prior FX experience is required, although sales experience in another client facing role is a bonus
· Ambition, driven, and relentless self-motivation with entrepreneurial traits
· Confidence on the phone and strong communication skills
· Strong ability to build rapport and engage potential clients
· Comfortable working towards, and exceeding, targets
· Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
