Clinical Deputy Manager - Aberdeen Clinical Deputy Manager Management - Dee View Court Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: 52,000 Per Annum Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 40 Dee View Court Neurological Care Centre is a specialist neurological service in Aberdeen, providing expert neurorehabilitation and long term care for 44 residents with complex needs. The home offers a clinically led yet homely environment, where a skilled multidisciplinary team supports individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions to maximise independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Deputy Manager Nurse Qualified 52,000 per annum 40 hours per week including clinical shifts Pension 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Ongoing training and leadership development Role Overview As Deputy Manager, you will support the Service Director in leading a highly specialist neurological service, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care is delivered consistently. This is a hands on clinical leadership role where you will maintain a visible presence within the service, supporting both residents and staff. You will provide oversight of clinical practice, ensuring high standards of care, governance and compliance across the home. You will lead on complex clinical decision making, supporting residents with a range of neurological conditions and high dependency needs within a structured and therapeutic environment. You will play a key role in developing and supporting the nursing and care teams, providing guidance, mentoring and leadership to maintain best practice. Working closely with families, professionals and the multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure a coordinated and responsive approach to care.
