Location UK multi-site role with travel Department ATA Sameday Operations Reporting to Senior Account Manager Contract Full time About the role ATA Sameday is looking for an Account Manager to support the day to day delivery of a large scale national collections network. This is a hands on operational role supporting multiple depots to ensure collections run safely on time and in line with service expectations. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager, depot managers and warehouse teams to maintain performance, control costs and drive continuous improvement across the network. Key responsibilities Support daily operations across multiple collection depots Monitor service performance scanning compliance and productivity Support national collections activity including asset control and reconciliation Work with depot managers and supervisors to resolve operational issues Review end of day submissions and escalate risks where required Support recruitment interviews onboarding and inductions Assist with weekly reporting and KPI tracking Support peak planning staffing and depot readiness Assist with site audits safety checks and compliance reviews What we are looking for Experience in logistics last mile or same day operations Strong organisational and problem solving skills Comfortable working across multiple sites Confident communicator with operational teams and stakeholders Good Excel or Google Sheets skills Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset What we offer £155 per day Full time multi site operational role Career progression within ATA Sameday Exposure to large scale national logistics operations If youre ready to take ownership and deliver exceptional service, wed love to hear from you!
