Reaseheath College is a forward-thinking and dynamic institution providing an excellent educational experience to over 4,500 students annually. Our facilities include an Equestrian Centre, competition arenas, solarium, and equissage. The Equestrian Centre features modern yards and American barn-style stabling for over 60 horses.
About the role
As an Equine Events Assistant, you will coordinate and deliver full-cost and commercial equine events. Working closely with the Events Coordinator and team, you'll ensure high service standards, contribute to income generation, and uphold our PRIDE values.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the planning and delivery of equine events and activities.
* Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
* Promote events to enhance the Reaseheath brand and meet income targets.
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure equipment and resources are used effectively and safely.
* Contribute to new income streams and support Riding Club activities.
* Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and college policies.
The successful candidate will:
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or have equivalent industry experience.
* Have GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
* Demonstrate strong IT and customer service skills.
* Have experience in the equine industry, particularly in event coordination.
* Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
* Be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
