Key Responsibilities
* Produce and revise designs in AutoCAD MEP and Revit.
* Provide technical support to the customers from mechanical, electronic, and control perspectives by responding to technical support tickets (PIDs), tracking PIDs through to resolution with agreed time limits, and diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Provide technical and commercial support to the internal sales team.
* Review M&E specifications/schedules, check drawings and technical specifications, and obtain any missing information from the customer.
* Produce and issue quotations, project proposals, fan schedules, bills of materials, and information packs in a timely manner.
* Supporting the Field Engineer visits as required.
* Produce full AutoCAD and Revit ventilation designs within 3 months of starting (training resources will be provided if required).
* Maintain clear, concise, and effective business communication primarily through the company CRM system, including updating and adding customer records.
* Maintain a high level of technical support customer service in a professional and timely manner and uphold company standards with a conscientious and proactive approach.
