What You Bring :
* Level 2 or higher in Barbering (or equivalent experience)
* Strong clipper and scissor skills across fades, tapers, beard work, and styling
* Professional attitude, punctuality, and excellent client care
* Ability to manage bookings, payments, and stock independently
* Social media presence or willingness to promote your work online
You're Your Own Boss :
* You set your own hours and pricing
* You manage your own bookings and payments
* You build your own brand within our space
* You're responsible for your own taxes and insurance
