If you're passionate about passing on your skills, enjoy working with people from all walks of life, and want to play a key role in building the future of the UK construction workforce — this could be the perfect next step.
A respected and values-driven training organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Trainer to join their growing team. As a Construction Trainer, you'll be far more than just a tutor. You’ll become a mentor, a coach, and a role model to aspiring tradespeople. Whether it’s someone picking up a trowel for the first time or a labourer looking to become site management material — your support and knowledge could be life-changing.
