We're looking for a Digital Analyst to play a key role in shaping how we understand and optimise performance across our entire digital ecosystem.

About The Role
As a Digital Analyst, you'll be the go‑to expert for all things digital insights within our ecommerce team. You'll work across paid media, onsite behaviour, reporting, and business case modelling — transforming data into clear, actionable recommendations that help improve conversion, customer journeys, and media efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is analytical, commercially aware, and excited by the impact data can have on business decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
Paid media & budget effectiveness
Reporting on channel performance and ROI
Providing optimisations to improve ROAS, AOV, and CAC
Supporting test‑and‑learn initiatives with robust analytics
Onsite analytics & user insight
Deep‑diving into onsite behaviour and funnel performance
Partnering with Digital Product on feature analysis
Identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer journeys
Reporting & dashboarding
Leading the reporting roadmap with data visualisation teams
Owning weekly and periodic ecommerce reporting
Empowering teams to self‑serve insights through intuitive dashboards
Business case & decision modelling
Building analytical models to support commercial decisions
Evaluating media, onsite performance, delivery costs and income
Ways of working
Acting as the analytics expert for ecommerce
Collaborating cross‑functionally to shape data‑driven decision making
Communicating insights through clear stakeholder storytelling

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years' experience in Digital Analytics, Ecommerce or Digital Marketing
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, GA4 and Power BI
Experience in medium/large online businesses
Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
Strong stakeholder management
Desirable Skills
Google Analytics Certification
ContentSquare Fundamentals (or CS knowledge)
SQL / Google BigQuery experience
Google Tag Manager experience
