First Line IT Support Engineer

The Role
* Provide support to customers remotely and on site when needed.
* Troubleshooting and diagnostics.
* Work with any customers 3rd party providers to create and update support cases.
* Escalate and handover tickets when required.
* Provide regular and relevant updates to customers throughout the support process.
Requirements
* MSP Experience – Essential
* Driving License – Essential
* Right to work in the UK – Essential
* Minimum 1 year IT Support Experience
IT Support Technician Skill Sets
* Previous Experience providing IT support. (essential)
* Office 365 experience (essential)
* Troubleshooting and Diagnostics (essential)
* Windows Workstations and Servers
* MSP Environment Experience – Advantageous but not essential
* Active Directory
