We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Claims Manager to join our award winning team.
This role is ideal for someone with previous claims handling experience in commercial motor, liability and property claims ideally within the broking sector.
This role will see you taking a "hands on" approach to managing a portfolio of claims throughout the journey, seeking to achieve the best possible outcome for the client at all times. Working within a highly supportive environment, you will be expanding your existing claims experience with continued development, forming part of a growing business. Role Responsibilities:
Handling commercial claims, 'cradle to grave'.
Ensure an exceptional claim service is delivered to every client.
Review and if necessary, challenge Insurer decisions on liability.
Deliver consistently an exceptional claim service to every client.
Handling client queries via email or via the telephone.
First Notice of Loss (FNOL) registration.
FNOL management – ensuring all new claims are monitored and handled within our own service level agreement, including insurer's bespoke arrangements
Diary management and reporting on figures
Skills and experience:
5 years experience of commercial motor claims handling.
Excellent client service skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to process work quickly and efficiently.
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
