The Role
5. Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed
6. Maintain a positive, calm and purposeful learning environment
7. Support pupils’ learning and behaviour in line with school policies
8. Bring flexibility, enthusiasm and strong classroom management
