We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator to join our client in Leeds. In this role, you will deliver aprehensive HR service, champion best practice, and maintain key processes and procedures that support people, performance, and culture initiatives.
You will play a pivotal part in providing a consistent, fast‑paced, and solution‑focused service to both internal and external stakeholders.
This includes supporting the delivery of HR projects, managing timelines, and ensuring key initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver a high-quality HR service to employees, managers, and external partners
2. Support the implementation and maintenance of HR processes, policies, and best practice
3. Coordinate project timelines, actions, and deliverables across HR initiatives
4. Provide accurate HR data and analysis to support decision-making
5. Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation
6. Manage your own workload effectively, making informed decisions and escalating when required
