Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant/Architect

Responsibilities
* Act as a key technical resource, operating between a Senior Developer and a Technical Architect.
* Lead the technical re-engineering and business transformation efforts, migrating wholesale legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Focus on CRM-centric development and architecture to support the 'inside out' transformation.
* Design and implement solutions to expand and enhance the customer portal, including the transition towards a more app-based portal over time.
* Integrate directly and seamlessly into the existing development team.
* Maintain a positive and effective customer attitude throughout project delivery.
Requirements
* Experience Level: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Project Experience: Sufficient professional exposure (2nd or 3rd project chain) to demonstrate competence; not suitable for recent graduates.
* Core Technical Skills: Strong capability and technical focus on Dynamics CRM.
* Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Power Apps.
* Desired Technical Skills (Nice to Have): Significant experience with Dynamics Portals.
* Soft Skills: Good customer-facing attitude.
