Mental Health Services at Alder Hey are offering excellent benefit schemes:
* Refer a friend – Alder Hey: Successful candidates introduced to the trust by existing staff members will receive £1000 after completing six months in post. Please include the friend's name and Alder Hey email in the additional information section of your application. This payment will be made in two parts: £250 in the first month upon commencement, and £750 after six months.
* Accommodation: Alder Hey will support the cost of accommodation for up to 3 months from the start date, up to £500 per month. The staff member is responsible for paying the accommodation cost and reclaiming it as expenses.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in working with young people with eating disorders and/or ARFID. The successful applicant will contribute significantly to the clinical team and will hold full case management responsibility for their workload. Regular clinical supervision will be provided.
The main base for this role will be at Alder Hey, but appointments across community bases in Liverpool and Sefton will be required. Experience working with children and young people with eating disorders will be advantageous. Responsibilities include assessments, intervention, support for children, young people, and their families, and physical monitoring under the guidance of our Consultant Paediatricians.

About the team
The Eating Disorder Team (EDYs) supports children and young people in Liverpool and Sefton with eating disorders and/or ARFID, along with their parents/carers and involved professionals.
The multidisciplinary team includes a Consultant Psychiatrist, Consultant Paediatricians, Clinical Psychologists, Family Therapists, CBT and SFP trained staff, Nursing staff, Support Workers, Assistant Practitioners, and Assistant Psychologists. The team is based at Alder Hey but offers appointments throughout the community footprint.
