Job Description
MANORS has scaled quickly across both e-commerce and wholesale, and operational execution has become increasingly important as the business grows.
We are looking for an Operations Executive who will sit within the operational engine of the business, ensuring orders move smoothly from purchase through to delivery, and that any operational issues across fulfilment, shipping or returns are identified and resolved quickly.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone early in their career who is organised, quick thinking and hungry to learn how the operational side of a fast-growing e-commerce business works.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Fulfilment Coordination
* Monitor order dispatch and carrier performance across shipping partners
* Take ownership of delivery issues from identification through to resolution
* Investigate delayed, lost or misrouted shipments
* Liaise with carriers to resolve issues quickly
* Work closely with fulfilment partners to resolve dispatch, stock or operational issues
Returns Operations
* Manage returns and exchanges end-to-end
* Generate return labels and track inbound returns
* Ensure refunds, exchanges and replacements are processed accurately
Website Operations
* Upload new products to the website including SKUs, pricing and product information
* Maintain product data accuracy across the site
* Support ongoing website updates and maintenance
Operational Monitoring & Reporting
* Maintain structured trackers across orders, returns and delivery issues
* Identify trends and recurring operational problems
* Support basic reporting across operations to improve visibility
Operational Improvement
* Identify areas where processes can be improved
* Support the implementation of more efficient ways of working
* Help build scalable workflows as the business continues to grow
Cross-Team Coordination
* Act as a link between operations, fulfilment partners, internal teams and customer support
* Support resolution of operational escalations where required
Role Details

* Salary: £25,000 PA
* Based in London, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office
