Main duties of the job
What you'll be responsible for:
1. Undertake nursing assessment and evaluation to enable development of appropriate plans of care based on the needs of the individual.

Location : - St Albans, West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Pay Rate : £16-£23 Per hour
Hours : - Flexible
