As the Accounts Outsourcing Manager, you'll shape the future development of the Outsourcing function, continually evolving processes and procedures. Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee delivery of monthly and quarterly management accounts for a wide range of SME clients
* Managing a small team of juniors delivering bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and forecasts & budgets
* Supporting digital transformation projects for clients, facilitating the execution and implementation
* Providing advice and guidance for clients, contributing their growth and profitability
Requirements:
* A fully qualified accountant, ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent with prior experience with an accountancy practice
* Previous experience of team leadership, mentoring juniors and managing workflows
* Adaptable approach to assignment with solid attention to detail and ability to communicate across all business levels
* IT skills including Excel and any accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS etc).
