Your role:
The main duties will be to be responsible for onsite catering operation, manage the kitchen and its resources to ensure a quality service is provided for the complete running of the catering services for the centre. You will be compliant with Health and Safety, Food safety, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and manual handling.
About you:
You will be a good cook who is passionate about the role and dedicated to providing the best service possible to staff, children and visitors to the Centre. You will have great customer care skills in order to deal with a range of people and will promote a professional image at all times, which is representative of the centre and the service. You’ll be an advocate for the development and promotion of the service and will relish the opportunity to work with managers to provide an outstanding service.

Be Well Outdoors provide quality catering at Low Bank Ground residential centre to all schools, groups and catered stays, over a year we have up to 3000 attendees to the centre. We’ll give you everything you need in order to carry out your job including protective clothing. We will give you the opportunity to learn and develop further within the service within this role.
