My client is a large residential developer who are involved in a large RC frame project in Berkshire.
They are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to manage the fit out of 25 plots in a block, starting at the end of June.
Details of the role are as follows:
Reporting into a Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the fit out of 25 apartments from 1st fix onwards
The scheme consists of 150 units over 3 RC frame blocks up to 17 stories, completion is Autumn 2026
You MUST have extensive RC frame, internal fit out experience on apartments
8-10 months work
CSCS
£220 per day + holiday pay + employers costs PAYE
