Your Role
* Deliver engaging, adapted lessons aligned with EHCPs and behaviour plans
* Use creative methods to boost engagement, communication, and independence
* Build trusted relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
* Work collaboratively with pastoral, behavioural, and therapeutic staff
* Support the emotional and social development of students
Requirements
* QTS/QTLS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
* Minimum 1 year's experience in an SEN or alternative provision setting
* Strong understanding of SEMH, ASC, and behaviour management
* Resilience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse needs
