Specifically, this position will support the Sales and Customer Service teams and working with customer facing data and supporting systems. YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE… Working with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements relating to data and analytics initiatives with a focus on delivering business outcomes Supporting Sales and Customer Service teams in serving customers including calls and meetings as required Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining reports and dashboards that meet business needs and requirements Using data pipelines across a range of technologies that extract, load, combine and transform data from a range of internal and external sources Understand and follow data governance requirements that support data and analytics solutions including security, data quality, data classification, trustworthiness, and re-usability Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders through a range of forums including but not limited to team members within cross functional delivery teams, data and analytics practice group, and the data and analytics platform team A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related filed Solid experience in data analysis and developing colleague and customer facing analysis and insights Proficiency in Power BI, Data and dimensional modelling and other related data tools and platforms Experience in building dashboards and solutions for customers Skills and experience ingesting data from various external sources Experience in working with large and complex datasets High level of initiative and an ability to continually identify and address opportunities for improvement Collaborative mindset High level of motivation, energy, and drive to achieve High integrity and strong understanding of professional ethics WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging while also offering work-life balance and career development.
