The Role:
This position plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day front‑office operations. Youll be responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient service while ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Duties will include:
* Providing a professional and approachable front‑of‑house service
* Handling cash and card payments for various services and bookings
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Organising post and overseeing general reception duties
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate, confidential records
* Supporting wider administrative tasks as required
