About The Role
Are you an experienced manager ready to make a real difference? We are looking for a skilled and confident leader to join our new supported living location in Preston, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live their lives their way. Our services are regulated by the CQC and focus on putting individuals at the heart of everything we do.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it)
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver consistent, person-centred support.
* Ensuring robust support plans are in place and using a variety of communication aids to support adults who may not communicate using words.
* Supporting staff training and development by ensuring all staff are supported to complete and embed training effectively.
* Maintain CQC and rota compliance while promoting structure and independence.
* Applying positive behaviour support and using Proact-SCIPr-UK approaches within the service.
* Work flexibly, including participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota and travel as needed.
What makes this role different

On top of all of that, you'll be joining us in living our values:
We work together | We have courage | We give our best | People are at the heart of everything we do.
If you share our values, thrive on challenge, creativity, and meaningful connection and have ever thought, “We could do this better” this is your chance to make a real impact.
How will I be effective?
* Ensure that the people you support are at the heart of all you do
* Lead by example, showing what great support looks like
* Help teams build confidence and skills to deliver personalised support
* Build strong relationships with families and support networks
* Inspire your team to stay person-focused, empowering people to shape their own lives
* Use resources wisely and plan effectively to support the success of the new service
Ready to build something meaningful?
