The last couple of years has seen Linaker grow exponentially and we are now looking to grow out our Digital Transformation team with the addition of an IT Administrator on a permanent basis. The Role We are seeking a talented and dedicated IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration and a proven ability to provide exceptional first-line support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services. Implement and enforce security best practices for Microsoft 365. Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users via tickets, email, remote support and in-person. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across our offices. Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems & updates. Manage and update the IT asset log Assist the IT onboarding of new staff Contribute to the digital transformation strategy Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for IT procedures and processes Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a technical qualification in a related field such as a Microsoft certification. (Essential) A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Windows, Android & Mac operating systems Experience with network administration and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms Experience using Bash, power shell and scripting (Desired) Experience and understanding of Microsoft Power platform (Desired) Benefits 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
