I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning gastropub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to aid their brigade for their new opening, quality gastropub with 100cv dining inside and 100cv garden area in the stunning East Dorset countryside within easy commute from Salisbury, The New Forest, East Dorset, Bournemouth and Southampton.
The successful Sous Chef will have good experience for 2-3yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants or 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants will need access to a means of transport and full eligibility to live and work without restriction in the UK
