Job Description:
Title: Marketing Manager
Location: London (On Site)
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing activities supporting Shanghai Me London, overseeing events, supporting private dining events, managing social media calendars, digital campaigns, and brand collateral development. The role requires organization, flexibility, creativity, and a strong understanding of the F&B industry, digital marketing, and London’s dining scene. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, excellent social media skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating content briefs for marketing activations
2. Proposing a localized marketing calendar
3. Supporting restaurant activations and events
4. Overseeing private dining events and ensuring seamless communication
5. Developing social media calendars with a local approach
6. Managing digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and loyalty
7. Collaborating with brand and operations teams for effective communication
8. Developing brand materials and maintaining consistent tone of voice
9. Responding to guest messages across platforms
10. Managing external agencies for digital, PR, and creative outputs
11. Tracking challenges and achievements through reports
12. Coordinating photoshoots and videoshoots
13. Preparing monthly reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing metrics
14. Ensuring brand standards are upheld
15. Experience in content creation, events management, budgeting, and account management
Qualifications:
* 4-5 years experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within F&B
* Proficiency in relevant languages and tools like Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva
* Understanding of London’s F&B scene and current cultural trends
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative skills
* Ability to work under pressure and independently
* Educational background in marketing preferred
