We are seeking a compassionate and organised Experianced Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about patient care and have a background in dental nursing, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the dental team, guiding them through their treatment plans. Conduct patient consultations, explaining treatment options, procedures, and associated costs. Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient clinical time and resource use. Manage financial arrangements, including payment plans and insurance claims. Ensuring patients fully understand their care plans. Support the clinical team during procedures when necessary, maintaining a seamless flow of operations. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in a dental practice, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in dental software and patient management systems. A compassionate and empathetic demeanour, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Essential: Must have previous experiance as a Treatment Co-Ordinator in the dental field.
