Employment Associate - Warwickshire Salary: Competitive | Hybrid Working | Clear Progression Path I am currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm in Warwickshire that is looking to strengthen its Employment team with the appointment of an Employment Solicitor . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking firm known for its strong reputation, supportive culture, and high-quality client base. As an Employment Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters , acting for a broad mix of employer clients (and occasionally senior employees/executives). Key Responsibilities: Managing your own caseload of employment law matters from start to finish Advising clients on a wide range of issues including: Unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE Disciplinary and grievance procedures Employment Tribunal claims and litigation strategy Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies, and settlement agreements Supporting corporate teams with employment aspects of business transactions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Contributing to business development initiatives and networking activities Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice Ideal Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2-6 PQE, though all levels will be considered) Strong grounding in employment law with experience managing a varied caseload Excellent communication and client care skills Commercially aware with a proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team For more information send your CV or get in touch with Savita at Austen Lloyd as soon as possible SD52662 - Employment Associate - Warwickshire Austen Lloyd Limited is a Specialist Legal Recruitment Agency operating nationally.
