I’m working with a well-established property business looking to hire a Estates/Lease Advisory Surveyor to join their portfolio team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of property management, with a strong focus on landlord & tenant matters across a diverse commercial portfolio. This role is office based in West London
You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio (office, industrial, retail & leisure) and lead on all key L&T activity, including:
* Rent reviews, lease renewals and regears
* Lease events (breaks, assignments, sublettings)
* Tenant liaison and acting as a key point of contact
* Supporting service charge budgeting and financial oversight
* Working closely with FM, accounts and wider property teams
* Undertaking inspections and ensuring strong asset performance
What they’re looking for
* Experience in commercial property / portfolio management
* Strong grounding in lease advisory / L&T work
* Confident negotiator with good attention to detail
* MRICS (preferred, not essential)
* Someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, collaborative environment
