Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will benefit from an orientation and induction programme run by our Critical Care Educator. Staff follow a competency-based education pathway (using the Critical Care national competency framework) and will have the opportunity to undertake a Critical Care course in conjunction with a university.

Job responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for a compassionate, dynamic, and motivated nurse who is patient-focused to join our 8-bedded ITU/HDU here at George Eliot Hospital.
The Trust aims to deliver safe, high-quality care and ensure a positive patient experience. As part of our team, you will represent the Trust in delivering nursing care, in line with the Trust values, and treat all staff, colleagues, patients, families, and visitors with respect and dignity.
Working under the direction of the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will provide and maintain effective clinical assessment to ensure patient care is properly planned and evaluated.
