We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to support the programme and take responsibility for the ongoing management of the solution
.
The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge, strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and experience in requirement gathering, process optimisation and IT change management within a HR and Payroll domain.
As Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
* Oversight of product design to support optimal delivery of HR & Payroll policies and processes whilst maintaining alignment with best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Partner with SMEs, Technology and Vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience.
* Serve as a bridge between end-users and technical teams
* Support design and functional specification of customisations, including integration, formulas, reports, and data extracts.
* Support data migration activity including mapping, enhancement, cleansing and reconciliation requirements
We'd love you to have
* Strong understanding of HR & Payroll business processes and best practice.
* Deep understanding of Oracle HR & Payroll modules and configuration experience.
* Good understanding of Recruitment, Talent, Compensation and Helpdesk modules.
* Relevant certifications preferred.
* 5+ years relevant experience of implementations or in a support capacity
