Paid Media Manager – E-commerce | Full-Time | London / Hybrid
We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead and scale performance marketing across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok). You’ll own end-to-end campaign management, drive ROI, and power revenue growth through strategic optimisation and deep analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads and social channels
* Optimise Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns
* Manage budgets and maximise ROAS through smart bidding and A/B testing
* Leverage Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for tracking and insights
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align with creative, SEO, and CRM teams
* Scale paid social (Meta, TikTok) with performance-driven creative and targeting
1. What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in paid media, e-commerce experience preferred
* Deep expertise in Google Shopping, PMax, and Google Analytics
* Proven results across Meta and TikTok Ads
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into action
* Experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures
