About the Night Manager role
Night Manager, reporting into the Store Manager, responsible for ensuring stores are customer‑ready during night operations and leading a team of colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Lead and empower colleagues to put the customer first and deliver outstanding service.
* Respond promptly to customer feedback and take corrective actions.
* Maintain market‑leading availability across the store.
* Collaborate with other managers to foster a supportive, performance‑driven department.
* Manage staffing routines, scheduling, absence, performance and talent conversations.
* Deliver training to build team capability and confidence.
* Enable colleagues to work confidently across various departments.
* Identify and nurture talent within the department.
* Build effective relationships with other operating departments.
* Drive performance and achieve targets across the department(s).
* Take a leadership role within the store.
* Plan resources thoroughly.
