You will be the first and last impression for senior clients, candidates, Partners, and visitors, playing a key role in creating a warm, polished and seamless experience every single day. The Role:
1. Acting as the welcoming face of a globally respected firm

3. Managing arrivals, meetings, and visitor flow with confidence and calm
4. Partnering closely with Executive Assistants to deliver a joined-up, high-quality experience
5. Maintaining immaculate front-of-house standards and a professional, friendly atmosphere

Experience Requirements:
11. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior front-of-house or reception role
12. Strong client-facing experience gained within:Professional servicesCorporate receptionHigh-end hospitalityOther premium front-of-house environments
13. A proven track record of engaging confidently with senior or high-profile individuals
14. Excellent communication skills and a polished professional presence
