We are looking for enthusiastic teachers who are committed to excellence and ready to work in a dynamic part of Scotland. The role involves delivering quality education to assigned pupils and contributing, within a collegiate ethos, to the professional life of the school in relation to pupils, staff, and external bodies, in accordance with the agreements of the Local Negotiating Committee for Teachers and the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers.
The post holder must demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Requirements
* This position involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo an update check. If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these checks.
* Salary will be in accordance with SNCT agreements. Applicants must be or be eligible for full registration with GTC Scotland. If qualified outside Scotland, please consult GTCS FAQs for registration procedures.
* A minimum of one reference, preferably from your current or most recent employer, is required.
