Company Benefits: * 25 days’ holiday * annual reviews * bonus scheme * employer pension contribution * private medical cover * study support * career development * social events Key Responsibilities: * Prepare correspondence, documents, and statements of account under supervision. * Support the efficient use of the Lending Department through the firm’s internal case management systems. * Assist with the opening, closing, storing, and retrieval of client files. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, including client ID verification and audit requirements. * Provide professional and friendly client support, including updates and overflow call handling. * Liaise with new clients and third parties for onboarding, including conducting AML/KYC checks. * Assist with completion tasks such as satisfying lender conditions and arranging redemption statements. * Manage post-completion formalities with Land Registry, HMRC, and Companies House. * Maintain strict confidentiality of all firm and client documentation. Experience and Skills Requirements * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. * Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast – paced environment * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems. * A genuine interest in developing a career within the legal sector.
