Role Responsibilities
* Leading a portfolio of audit clients, providing high-quality audit services from planning through to completion
* Acting as the Responsible Individual (RI) for audit engagements or obtaining RI status quickly if not already held
* Managing audit assignments for a range of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Collaborating with senior management to drive business development and support the firm’s growth strategy
* Mentoring and supporting the audit team, fostering a positive and productive remote working culture
* Developing a direct pathway to equity, with opportunities to influence the direction and strategy of the practice

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with current RI status or the ability to obtain it quickly
* Qualified by significant experience in audit management within practice also considered
* Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver exceptional audit services
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring audit teams
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, while maintaining strong client relationships
* Commercially savvy, with a proactive mindset toward business development and firm growth
