Are you an experienced procurement professional with a background in hospitality FF&E and OS&E? A fast-growing, high-end hospitality group in Central London are looking for a Category Manager to support a busy refurbishment and concept projects pipeline.
You’ll be right in the thick of it – managing suppliers, tracking lead times, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring everything from furniture to back-of-house equipment arrives on time, on budget, and on brand. Expect to collaborate with internal teams across Operations, F&B, Brand, and Project Management – as well as external designers and suppliers – to deliver exceptional results.
