Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

Qualifications Knowledge of industry / travel trends to be able to develop and monitor the hotels commercial strategy in conjunction with theGM
Able to make commercialdecisions to maximize MICE &Rooms income on a daily basis

Great attention to detail and organisational skills are a mustfor this fast-paced role to ensureall deadlines are met for allGroups, MICE & Corporate RFP

Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with localclients, direct bookers andagency bookers, which in turnwill allow you to ensure a strong base of new and regular repeat

Strong knowledge in quotingconverting and managing largegroup bookings is essential
Experience in a large eventsdriven compset is preferred
Minimium 2 years of experience in the role would be ideal

Maintain records and ensureappropriate follow up with yourGM, RSM, and the Accor MICEsales team
Actively manage businessbookings and relations with keyentertainment clients andsports / football team travel
managers
Ensure contracts, pro-forma,credit checks are always issuedand followed up on.
Represent the hotel in localstakeholdermeetings and Accorsales events
