Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a local authority in West Yorkshire to support them with the recruitment of a permanent property lawyer.
Key responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role:
Depending on the level of experience, the lawyers in the property team deal with the following type of work:
* Leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
* Right to buy matters.
* Option agreements and development agreements.
* Planning enforcements.
* Residential and commercial property.
* Sales and acquisitions.
* Highways matters.
* Landlord and tenant matters.
