Overview
Audit Manager with a leading firm in Cambridge offering hybrid working. The firm is reputable and fast-growing, and is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join its Cambridge Audit team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, lead engagement teams and deliver high-quality audit services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead audit engagements, ensuring quality and compliance
* Manage client relationships, delivering exceptional service
* Supervise teams to maintain high performance standards
* Monitor audit progress, findings, and liaise with senior management
* Support business development through networking and proposals
What You Need
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Significant audit experience within professional services
* Strong knowledge of accounting/auditing standards (FRS 102 & IFRS)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Previous experience in staff management and motivation
