MERJE are delighted to be partnered with a Leeds based financial Services organisation in their search for a talented Financial Controller.
We are looking for a strong leader that can enhance team performance and has an experienced eye for finance.
Your New Role
* Oversight of the production of monthly and annual accounts;
* Implementing improvements in processes and controls;
* Enhancing financial analysis and internal reporting;
* Ensuring reconciliation requirements across the teams are met, including balance sheet, bank and external stock reconciliations;
* Monitoring and managing cash flow;
* Liaising with auditors to ensure successful annual audits;
Our Ideal Candidate
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA fully qualified
* Proven leadership, delegation, and coaching skills.
* Good awareness of HMRC and FCA rules.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain and promote the highest standards of financial integrity.
